Who we are
T-RIDE is a licensed taxi service operating in Athens, Greece. Full company registration and data controller details will be published here once finalised.
What we collect
When you send a booking or quote request we collect only what is needed to organise your ride: your name, the contact details you give us (email address, phone or WhatsApp number), your pickup and destination, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, and any flight, cruise or special-request information you choose to add.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to your request, agree a price, plan and carry out the journey, and to contact you about that journey. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Messaging services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours.
How long we keep it
Booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on +30 690 623 2855 to make a request.
