Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form on this website, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is a request for a quote. A booking exists only once we have confirmed the journey, the time and the price with you directly.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per route and per group before travel. Published fares are shown on this website; confirm the applicable day/night rate and route with us. This website does not take payment. Any site entrance fees, guide fees, parking charges or tolls that are not included in the quote are stated when we confirm.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation and amendment terms are agreed individually at the time of booking and stated in our confirmation to you.
Delays
We monitor flights and ships where you have supplied the details, and we adjust to reasonable delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, strikes, road closures or changes made by airlines, cruise lines or port authorities.
Passengers and luggage
Passenger and luggage capacity is confirmed for your specific booking before travel, based on the numbers you give us. Please tell us about child seats or special requirements in advance.

T-RIDE is an independent licensed taxi service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. Tesla and Model Y are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to describe the vehicle used for the service.
